Panic disorder

Panic disorder is exactly what it sounds like: recurrent panic attacks that seem to strike out of nowhere. Like generalized anxiety disorder, people with panic disorder also have physical symptoms during panic attacks, like a racing heartbeat.

People with social anxiety have a fear of being judged or scrutinized by others. This can make navigating social situations, from parties to job interviews to even eating at a restaurant, extremely difficult. Obsessive compulsive disorder
